Delivery Time

Eager to receive your order? We totally get it.

Please note that processing your order typically takes 2-3 days, depending on stock availability.

Once your parcel is ready, it will be picked up by the carrier and delivered within 2 to 15 days, depending on your destination.

Please be aware that deliveries are made only to the ground floor unless special arrangements have been made with us.

Delivery costs

Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout based on the item's volume, weight, and your delivery location.

Shipping Destinations

We aim to ship worldwide soon, but for now, we deliver only to Europe and North America. Shipping costs are based on current market rates, excluding import duties (where applicable). Some bulky items may not be eligible for shipping everywhere—contact our sales team for assistance if needed.

Warranty Information

All our products come with a 2-year warranty, in compliance with European regulations.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? No worries.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If the item didn’t meet your expectations or wasn’t appreciated by its recipient, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return and replacement costs.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and free of wear.

Simply email us at customercare@qeeboo.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason (we don’t judge, but we like to track feedback). If defective, please attach photos as proof. We'll get back to you with return instructions within 7 days.

Our most coveted items may occasionally sell out—trust us, we know how disappointing that can be!
